Vondra Co. Ltd is a legally registered general trading company under the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG).
 

By using our services, you agree that all work is provided as described in official agreements, invoices, or communications. Payments are due in full before or upon delivery of services, unless otherwise agreed in writing. All payments are final and non-refundable except where explicitly approved by Vondra management.
 

We are committed to delivering services professionally and on time, but we are not liable for delays or failures caused by third parties, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our control. Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and required documents on time. Vondra is not responsible for issues arising from incomplete or incorrect submissions.
 

Vondra Co. Ltd shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time, with changes effective immediately upon posting.
